Award-winning law firm, Higgs LLP has gone one step further to ensuring its employees are fully supported with their overall wellbeing, by launching a Wellness Passport. Its primary aim is to simply enable its people to be the best they can be.
Driven by feedback from staff, the Wellness Passport is available to all employees and is an editable document designed for individuals with a disability, health condition (this might be mental, physical or neurodivergent), or a circumstance such as caring responsibilities, which they would like to make their supervisor, manager or colleagues aware of. The Wellness team at Higgs also offers the opportunity for employees to have a Wellness Mentor, if they feel it would be beneficial.
The implementation of Wellness Passports at Higgs will positively facilitate discussion, to enable employees to effectively carry out their day-to-day responsibilities and perform to their best ability. It allows individuals to easily record information about their condition/circumstances, discuss any reasonable adjustments they may have in place or need, and any difficulties they may be facing.
