At Higgs our commitment to creating long-term relationships is intertwined with our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals.

Reducing our carbon footprint

We’ve implemented various initiatives to reduce our carbon footprint.

Our offices are equipped with energy-efficient technologies and we have transitioned to digital platforms to minimise paper usage. We are actively exploring ways to further decrease our environmental impact, such as supporting renewable energy sources and adopting eco-friendly office practices.

From a social perspective, Higgs is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity and inclusion. Our ESG goals include initiatives to ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace which we regularly monitor. We provide ongoing training programmes to raise awareness and understanding among our team members and we actively seek partnerships with organisations that share our commitment to social justice.

Additionally, our outreach programmes extend beyond legal services, focusing on education, the third sector and other areas that directly impact the wellbeing of the communities we serve.
