Elliot Wilkes

Prior to joining Higgs LLP. I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a first-class degree in LLB Law. Following this, I completed the LPC at the University of Law.

During my studies, I volunteered with the LJMU Law Clinic, where I assisted family lawyers in providing free legal advice to the local community. 

In my first year at Higgs, I gained experience in both Commercial Property and Commercial Litigation. I am now in my third seat in Family Law, and I look forward to qualifying in 2026. 

I am also actively involved with the Birmingham Trainee Solicitor Society, the Black Country/Wolverhampton JLD, and the Phoenix Business Club. 
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling, playing golf and football, and listening to vinyl music.
