Joanne Howell

I joined the property department in January 2019, moving from a law firm in Birmingham. My background has mainly been commercial property but since moving to Higgs I have worked in both commercial property and residential property, although over the last couple of years predominantly residential.

I currently assist the residential property fee earners with their transactional work, ranging from sending out client engagement paperwork, obtaining redemption statements, letters out following exchange and completion and other tasks involved on sale and purchase transactions.  

I enjoy forming a rapport with the clients and working alongside my colleagues to support our clients’ needs.  It’s rewarding seeing a transaction through “from beginning to end” and helping clients with the stress of moving house.
