Lillie Fisher

I joined the Court of Protection team at Higgs LLP in August 2021, following on from graduating with a First-Class Honours Degree in LLB Law from Birmingham City University in May 2021.

I assist the fee-earners within the team with the general management of financial affairs for clients; ranging from those who have received settlements from clinical negligence and personal injury claims, to panel deputy appointments. I aid those in the team with applications for professional and lay deputies to be appointed, the administration of Statutory Will Applications and other Wealth matters.

I enjoy forming a rapport with clients and assisting with building a support network for an individual that has specific needs. Having the ability to assist in impacting an individual and their family’s lives in a positive manner is a rewarding position to be in.

I am currently studying for my LPC LLM with the University of Law and will commence my training contract with the firm in September 2024.
