Higgs LLP has advised the directors of an engineering consultancy on the sale of the business to a construction firm.
Richard Griffiths, Partner and Head of Corporate Law at the firm, supported Travis Baker as it was acquired by rapidly expanding RSK Group.
Travis Baker, which has two offices in Birmingham and Nottingham, will continue to employ its 40-plus team while directors Rob Travis, Dave Baker, Dave James and Ted Wake will continue to lead the business.
