Molly King
Trainee Solicitor – Wealth Preservation
"I am a trainee solicitor with a great interest in exploring contentions areas of law. I am looking forward to developing my soft skills and legal knowledge throughout the duration of my training contract.”
Prior to joining Higgs LLP in July 2024, I graduated from The University of Birmingham with my LLB (Honours) Law degree.
Throughout my degree I volunteered for Alzheimer’s Society UK. This was an invaluable experience where I supported individuals facing an Alzheimer’s diagnosis and their family members by assisting them with the process of putting Lasting Powers of Attorney in place. This stood me in great stead when undertaking my first seat in the Wealth Preservation team at Higgs LLP.
Shortly after graduating from University, I was a paralegal in a National clinical negligence and personal injury firm. At an early point in my legal career, I was trusted to manage a large case load of matters that were all pre-liability stage. After gaining this experience, I proceeded to study for and complete my LPC at The University of Law.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, keeping fit and exploring new places (especially restaurants)!
