Mark Parsons

Having supported seriously injured people as a personal injury solicitor for 15 years, I now use my experience to help my colleagues; ensuring that they are kept up-to-date and embrace changes, so that we can provide the best possible service to our clients.

As well as providing explicit knowledge management services, I am particularly keen on enabling tacit knowledge sharing.  I also maintain the content of our bespoke case management system which I helped re-design, test and then deliver training on, with a clear focus on allowing us to provide a more efficient and client-focused service.
