- My client, a pedestrian was run over by the third-party driver, knocking her to the floor. The third-party driver then proceeded to reverse back over my client before fleeing the scene. Once the third-party driver was finally traced, she refused to accept she was to blame for the accident. Our client sustained serious leg injuries as well as psychological trauma. I managed to secure an interim payment for her whilst the case was ongoing and was also able to secure a substantial final settlement to ensure that not only was compensated for her pain, suffering and losses incurred, but that she also received what she needed to ensure her future needs were met.
- My client sustained a substantial settlement after fracturing his elbow whilst at work thus causing the onset of arthritis. He underwent several operations resulting in an elbow replacement. My client’s concern was that of his future care needs and deterioration. I was able to secure a significant settlement to ensure his future care needs were met as well as any future treatment and surgery costs in the event of deterioration.
- My client sustained scarring because of cosmetic surgery. The responsible party refused to accept any responsibility for the injuries sustained. We therefore had to obtain sufficient evidence The responsible party continued to dispute the matter and Court proceedings had to be issued. The third party finally accepted fault and our client was able to claim compensation for the pain suffering and loss of amenity she had suffered.
- Our client had attended a fire work display, whereby a fire work hit her in the face. Our client sustained an eye and face injury. The responsible party refused to accept any responsibility for the accident. However, we were able to establish that the responsible party had been negligent, and our client was awarded compensated for her pain, suffering and loss of amenity she had suffered
