My corporate and banking experience complement each other to the advantage of my clients, and assists me in making transactions proceed as smoothly and efficiently as possible”

I am a long-standing member of the business services department having joined the team over 15 years ago.

I enjoy advising clients on corporate transactions and banking and finance matters and particularly enjoy acting for owner managed businesses.

I have acted for clients in numerous sectors, including engineering, manufacturing, Insurance and finance, charities, UK clearing banks, healthcare and also the leisure industry.

Acted for a number of clients where I have advised on the acquisition of their business, dealing with their ongoing legal requirements and then advising on their eventual sale
Acting on behalf of a UK clearing bank on the funding of a series of acquisitions by a firm of accountants who were on a very proactive expansion plan
Advising a large group of companies in the care sector with their refinancing to allow them to continue with their expansion plans
