About me

"I am a corporate lawyer with a special interest in assisting clients with company mergers, acquisitions and disposals.”

I joined Higgs in July 2022 as an associate solicitor in the business services team, having previously worked at a firm in Worcestershire.

I specialise in corporate law, with a particular focus on company acquisitions and disposals.

I have also advised a range of clients in relation to shareholders’ agreements and company formations.

According to the M&A report published by Experian this week, Higgs is ranked 1st for deal volume across the Midlands with 52 disclosable completions thus far in 2024. The team also ranked 9th nationally, the only regional firm to feature in the top 20, and these stats do not include the significant number of transactions which the team completed in the run up to the budget.
