Aaron Bahra

I am a paralegal in the property department at Higgs LLP specialising in commercial property transactions. Prior to joining Higgs, I worked at other award-winning law firms in both residential property transactions and commercial property transactions.

Typically, I assist clients who are in the process of purchasing or selling various types of commercial properties (whether it is a small or large portfolio), a mixture of landlord and tenant matters (including drafting all types of legal documents for leases) and assisting individuals or companies with transfers of equity.    

It is important for me to understand the day to day running of my clients’ operations so I can provide them with accurate and pragmatic solutions that work for them. Further to this, I enjoy building long lasting relationships which allow me to be part of their journey and help expand individuals or companies to their full capability, whilst ensuring the properties they operate from are suitable for their intentions.
