Joe Hyland

I am a legal assistant in the property team, assisting with all kinds of commercial property transactions.

I first joined Higgs as an office assistant in December 2023 after graduating from the University of Manchester with a Master’s in Human Rights – Law and Political Science. I provided a wide range of administrative support to various departments within the firm. I joined the commercial property team in the summer of 2024.

In my position as a legal assistant, I support the larger team by assisting with administrative responsibilities and building a constructive relationship with clients to ensure sure all of their needs are met.  

I draft various letters and documents, ensure that all files are kept in order, and assist with the general management of various commercial property matters, such as sales, purchases and leases for both landlords and tenants.
