"I am a commercial property lawyer with experience in advising and supporting corporate real estate clients with their property portfolio. This ranges from freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, property finance, lease renewals, asset management and corporate support”

I am a senior associate in the commercial property team and joined Higgs LLP in December 2021. Prior to joining Higgs, I worked at an international law firm in Birmingham.

I work on a range of commercial property matters across varying sectors including retail and hospitality, healthcare, industrial, offices and property investment. I also act on behalf of lenders and borrowers in relation to secured lending aspects of transactions. I enjoy working with clients and providing assistance to help them to achieve their business objectives.

I also work in conjunction with the corporate law team at Higgs to assist with asset and share sales and acquisitions of businesses involving property matters. I work with our clients in relation to property due diligence and disclosure matters.

I have previously been ranked as a "next generation lawyer" by the Legal 500 and as an "Associate to watch" by the Chambers UK.
