Zahra Farooq

I trained and qualified at Higgs LLP after moving to Midlands from Bristol. As a senior associate in the commercial property team, I advise on all aspects of commercial property work, including disposals and acquisitions, landlord and tenant work, property finance and corporate support work. I take pride in delivering a people centred, high quality and cost effective service to my clients.

I am particularly involved in property finance, working with both established high street banks and secondary lenders. I
have built excellent relationships with my peers in the corporate banking and brokering fields, which really lends itself to resolving tricky issues for borrower clients.

I regularly arrange community gardening projects for my colleagues with a local primary school and volunteer with a number of Dudley based secondary schools to share careers advice and support.
