I work within the commercial property team and deal with a variety of transactions day to day. In particular, I focus on landlord & tenant, acquisitions & disposals, property finance work and corporate support.
Prior to joining Higgs LLP I was a director at a large regional firm. I have also previously worked for a large national law firm and international law firm.
I act for a wide range of clients including: retailers; owner managed businesses; and property investment companies.
- Assisting with the roll out of a national programme of new property leases for an international coffee shop chain on a leasehold basis;
- Dealing with leasehold acquisitions of retail stores for a national retail chain;
- Acting on asset management transactions for a number of national property investment companies and;
- Acting on the acquisition of an industrial retail park for a seven figure sum;
- Acting on the disposal of a portfolio of restaurants for a seven figure sum
