Sasha Lloyd

Prior to joining Higgs, I studied Law at the University of Birmingham and completed the LPC with LLM at the University of Law where I obtained a distinction.

I have been in the commercial property team for one year, assisting and advising on a range of commercial property transactions. I currently work on various property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, title rectification, post-completion matters as well as provide support on wider corporate transactions. I have a real interest in rural property transactions.

My clients are a mixture of individuals and corporate entities. It is important for me to understand my client’s needs and objectives so that I can provide them with a service which is tailored specifically for them.
